Director

With a career spanning over fourteen years in the hospitality industry, Boston has left an indelible mark on numerous bars and restaurants. His talent for crafting innovative cocktail menus, designing sophisticated bars, and nurturing skilled teams has garnered him widespread recognition.

Boston discovered his passion for cocktails during his time in Le Monde, Edinburgh, a passion that continued to grow as he worked in numerous cocktail bars and restaurants over the years. Among these experiences, his most challenging yet enjoyable role was working as Bar Manager for The Ivy Glasgow, where he operated both bars with flair and precision.

Boston's extensive portfolio showcases his expertise in hosting spirit tasting events, exclusive cocktail parties, educational seminars, charity functions, and executing impactful brand activations. His work has earned him numerous accolades and features in esteemed industry publications, including SLTN.

His journey began while studying Acting in Edinburgh. Performing both nationally and internationally, this experience enriched his ability to entertain and engage guests. From starting as a Bartender to ascending to the role of General Manager, he has successfully operated large venues, dual concept sites, and opened thriving cocktail bars. This impressive journey highlights his unwavering dedication to the art of hospitality.

At the helm of Boston Cocktail Curators, he brings his refined vision to life, creating unforgettable cocktail experiences that captivate and delight with flair and elegance.

Damiano

Chef

Damiano embarked on his culinary journey over sixteen years ago, beginning with the prestigious fine dining course, GAMBERO ROSSO in Rome. Throughout his illustrious career, he immersed himself in the world of Michelin and fine dining restaurants. His early experiences include training at Ciccio Sultano Al Duomo in Ragusa Ibla, Sicily, with two Michelin Stars, Pascucci Al Porticciolo in Fiumicino, Rome, with one Michelin Star, and Paolo Trippini in Orvieto, noted with three forks in the Gambero Rosso guide.

Following a successful summer season, Damiano ventured to Scotland, where he advanced from Chef de Partie to Sous Chef, ultimately rising to Head Chef. His expertise was honed in both hotel and restaurant settings, with roles such as Sous Chef at the Marriott Glasgow and Senior Chef at Belle Vue in Bern, Switzerland. As a Head Chef, he led culinary operations at establishments like Operetta, Barolo, and the prestigious IVY Glasgow.

Damiano's international experience across the UK, Switzerland, and Italy has greatly enriched his skills. He harbors a profound passion for all cuisines, with a specialization in classic French and Italian dishes, interpreted with a modern flair and influenced by an international perspective.

Recently, Damiano has broadened his culinary repertoire, delving into the complexities of Asian and Middle-Eastern cuisines, further expanding his gastronomic horizon.

Rob

Mixologist

Rob, an esteemed mixologist, possesses a distinguished career marked by years of experience in diverse and dynamic settings. His expertise was primarily honed in the exhilarating atmospheres of nightclubs and town bars. The vibrant energy and rapid pace of these venues ignited Rob’s passion for mixology and sharpened his ability to engage with a diverse and eclectic clientele.

Additionally, Rob has partnered with influencer agencies to create their high-profile events, bringing his unique flair and expertise to craft unforgettable experiences. Alongside his bartending career, Rob has pursued his passion for comedy, developing his skills in stand-up over the past few years. This unique amalgamation of hospitality and humor defines Rob’s identity as a mixologist, ensuring that every night behind the bar is nothing short of a memorable adventure.
